What if I don't like the product?
In order to offer you complete security when purchasing, we grant you a 14-day right of return.
Please note! In order to continue to guarantee the quality of our products for our customers, we do not accept returns if the products show damage or signs of wear.

Who bears the costs of returning the products?
In the event of a cancellation, the consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
When will the order be credited when it is returned?
Your money will be refunded to you within 24 hours of receiving the package.

How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are €2.75 within Germany and €7.00 within the EU.
How long does the delivery take
Delivery takes place within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment.

Can I track the status of my shipment?
We will provide you with a tracking ID via email to conveniently track your order.
However, this is only possible if you choose the basic tracking shipping option.
