payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place in Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Switzerland, France, Italy, Czech Republic, Poland and Belgium.

Shipping

Within Germany:

We charge a flat rate of €3.85 per order for shipping costs.

From an order value of €50.00 we deliver free of charge within Germany.

Outside of Germany:

We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €14.49 per order.

From an order value of €150.00 we deliver free of charge outside of Germany.

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany (Germany) within 2 – 3 working days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
